Urban Hub reserves the right to verify Cash on Delivery orders before shipment.

We may cancel or decline a COD order if:

The customer cannot be reached for verification.

The order is considered high-risk or potentially abusive.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they have been processed and dispatched.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Any applicable return request will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
